Sales representative

We are PowerUP Energy Technologies, a fast-growing start-up which develops and produces high-quality and sustainable energy generation products and solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Representative to join us in Tallinn and support our sales team. As a key member of our young and multicultural team, you will work directly with our sales and marketing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning and meeting sales goals;
• Finding and qualifying new leads;
• Qualifying/prospecting customers;
• Developing prospects into the customers;
• Contract negotiation and closing;
• Account management;
• Distributors management;
• Conducting competitor, customer and market research;
• Regularly updating CRM records;
• Promoting organization and products;
• Getting customer feedback;
• Helping with sales and marketing projects;
• Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions;
• Updating documents and sales records;
• Assisting VP sales.

• You have a passion for sales have previous sales experience.
• You have engineering, sales or business administration background.
• You are fluent in English, any other European languages would be a bonus.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You have a can-do attitude.
• Organizational skills are a must.
• You are passionate about green/clean tech.
• You can work autonomously.
• Willing to relocate to Tallinn, Estonia.
