Job Description
As a proactive and results-driven sales professional, you will shape the future of our hotel through innovative sales strategies and relationship-building excellence. Your main duties include:
- Increasing hotel revenue through proactive sales, including cold emails, phone calls, in-person visits, and hotel tours.
- Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
- Representing the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and sales presentations.
- Providing quick and timely responses to client/agency inquiries, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an active Sales Manager in hospitality or tourism.
- Strong knowledge of neighboring feeder markets (Scandinavia, Finland, etc.) and established account relationships.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English; proficiency in Finnish and/or Russian is a plus.
- An active, enthusiastic, and creative thinker who thrives under pressure and is detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to changes with flexibility, timeliness, and efficiency.
