SALES MANAGER (local, Europe, Ukraine b2b, b2c express delivery services)

We seek a Sales Manager to join our team and execute sales in the Estonian market. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new business clients, and consistently promoting and selling shipment services (express delivery) throughout Estonia and from Estonia to Europe and Ukraine.Your primary objectives will be to analyse the market, create a client base, execute sales plans, create, maintain and develop long-term customer relationships.

• Good in English (written and verbal), russian or ukrainian - a big advantage, estonian - as a must
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management (in Baltic countries - a huge advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with busines clients
• The understanding of the logistics/transportation/shipment sector
