Job Description

Estrella Baltics is seeking a Sales Manager for Estonia and Latvia to join our Baltic team. You will report directly to the General Manager and lead a team of three: Key Account Managers in Latvia and Estonia, and a Field Representative in Estonia. This is a new position within Estrella Baltics.

As a Sales Manager for Latvia and Estonia, you will:

  • Ensure the implementation of business development plans in the Latvian and Estonian markets, achieving assigned targets.
  • Lead the team in Latvia and Estonia, implementing pricing and promotion strategies.
  • Plan and manage the assigned budget in accordance with Estrella Baltics' procedures and timelines.
  • Establish product range, display, and pricing positions for company brands, meeting targets across various retail customers and channels.
  • Develop strategies and plans for Key Accounts/retail channels.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports to the Board for review.

Requirements

We believe that you have:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Business Development or Key Account management with a proven track record of results.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to lead people and processes, ensuring task delivery under strict deadlines.
  • A university degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS 365.
  • Ability to manage and coach team members, network effectively, and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Flexible mindset with the ability to react and adapt to changing business circumstances.
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level, both verbal and written), as it is the primary language used for internal communication and Group-level reports.
