Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Regularly visit Key Accounts stores and fill-in merchandising agency evaluation form. Provide regular (daily/monthly) feedback on visited stores to management and merchandising agency;
  • Ensure consistent and ongoing Sales plans fulfilment;
  • Provide ongoing training to merchandising team to ensure KPI’s achievement;
  • Establish and monitor KPI’s of the merchandisers in the team;
  • Ensure fulfilment of daily store audit forms by merchandising team;
  • Analyse the sales per Key Account/store to ensure maximum sales and efficiency and take actions to improve sales;
  • Analyse received data in merchandising agency reports and take appropriate actions to ensure KPI’s achievement;
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with every Key Account/store;
  • Secure the best possible display exposition in each store.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years functional experience;
  • Education: University degree, preferably economics / business management;
  • Strong leadership qualities;
  • Fluency in English and Russian;
  • Effective interpersonal skills.

  • Salary range is  20500 EUR - 24500 EUR gross annual, additional bonus with base salary depends on results
