Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop a designated customer base including preparation plans, budgets and promotional activities.
  • Identify and develop new business with the potential to use Grundfos products and services.
  • Identify and implement value-added services and enhance customer relationship.
  • Develop KAM plans and activities with selected customers.
  • Gather market data and provide input on competitor activities.
  • Register and maintain opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines.
  • Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.
  • Prepare and execute virtual training/selling sessions towards the market.
  • Support HVAC installers with product help and application insight.       

Your background:

We imagine that you have: 

  • Ability to build a business process within domestic Building Services.
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
  • Solid knowledge of the plans, processes, and activities within the functional area in domestic Building Services.
  • Good ability influence others.
  • Comprehensive digital skills and understanding; in terms of CRM and ERP system, MSOffice suite.
  • Experience in performing on digital platforms, such as webinars and online meetings.
  • Understanding and maybe experience in working with omni channel customers.
