Job Description

  • Consulting and assisting customers in the store.
  • Handling customer requests coming from email and social media channels.
  • Working with a cash register, handling payments.
  • Receiving, issuing, and preparing product orders.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintaining store tidiness, and organizing product displays.
  • Ensuring the products are well arranged on the shelves.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Estonian, English, and Russian languages.
  • Experience working with a cash register and basic IT systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Responsibility, accuracy, and ability to work with an international team.
  • Good knowledge in video games.
  • Basic interest and knowledge in gaming peripherals (mice, keyboards, etc.).
