Your key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential business clients.

• Support and facilitate the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through consistent and clear communication.

• Keep client records and data forms up to date.

• Assist the Sales Manager with marketing and sales tasks as needed.

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential.

• Fluency in English is also required.

• Good knowledge of Excel.

• Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive, independent work ethic.

• A team player with great communication skills and a willingness to learn.

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty/well-being sector is a plus.

• Preferred work location: Tartu, but remote/hybrid arrangements are possible for the right candidate.
