Job Description
As our colleague you will support mainly in:
• B2B Sales Reporting: Manage cross-Baltic sales reporting (70% periodic, 30% ad-hoc)
• Power BI Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards for sales performance, customer behavior, and churn prevention
• Sales Pipeline Management: Analyze and maintain the sales pipeline, providing insights and updates to sales representatives
• Reporting: Prepare and distribute various reports to customers and internal teams
• Customer Data Management: Monitor, update, and improve customer master data
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work on projects and process improvements with various departments
• Work closely with B2B sales colleagues in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania
• Coordinate with the European Circle K Team

Requirements
For that our new colleague should:
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Excel, Power Query, and Power BI
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and leverage customer data
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-driven, innovative, and creative problem-solver
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle's JD Edwards, and data cubes is a plus
