Sales Agent

And we´re looking for someone to join our team in Tallinn, whom is open to a family atmosphere. 

Our focus is to create a collaboration of solutions, with overview and awareness to enhance customer experience in a sector, which has long been outdated. So working with us would be fun, interesting, educational and with people who care about their co-workers. 

To grow further, we are looking for a Sales Agent who loves to challenge themself by being part of a team that rocks!

What you’ll need to do

• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Handle client requests
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Handle outgoing calls to clients
• Handle requests and queries from senior managers

• At least C1 English level
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent pressure management
• Ability to work independently
• High spirit of initiative
• Drive like no others business
• Flexible like yoga
• Amazing organizational skills 
• Understanding products and technical characteristics
• Learning on your feet and not to be afraid of making mistakes
• Experience is a plus

FastoPayments offers a hybrid and flexible work model: 2 days remotely and the rest in our brand-new office in Tallinn.
