Restaurant Blogger / TikToker (Content Creator)

Do you love storytelling, food, and TikTok? ??We're looking for a charismatic and creative Restaurant Blogger/TikToker to join our team and become the digital face of our legendary restaurant in the heart of Tallinn.

Peppersack is not just a restaurant – it's a medieval experience. Our food, ambiance, and performances transport guests to a different era. But we don’t just want people to visit us – we want them to follow us, feel us, and crave us through your content.

Your Mission:

• ? Create weekly TikToks, Reels, and Stories showcasing our food, experiences, shows & behind-the-scenes moments

• ? Interview staff, guests (when appropriate), and give life to our team’s personality

• ✍️ Write engaging captions or blog-style posts for social media

• ? Cover weekly events, specials, and anything exciting happening at Peppersack

• ? Help grow our online presence and engagement with fun, high-quality content

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is confident on camera and can speak English + Estonian (bonus points for Russian or other languages)

• Has a good sense of humor, creativity, and storytelling skills

• Understands how to create viral/engaging short-form video content

• Can shoot and edit videos/photos on their phone or camera (basic editing is enough – raw authenticity is welcome!)

• Has a good eye for aesthetics and what looks good on social media

• Is available 4 times per week to visit the restaurant and shoot content (flexible schedule)
