Job Description

  • This is a Sales position with P&L responsibility for Estonia.
  • This position is also responsible to coordinate sales efforts in Latvia and Lithuania.
  • Sell Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn Advertising solutions to media and creative agencies as well as to major brands.
  • Sign significant advertising contracts with new customers and develop existing customers.
  • Responsible to execute the whole sales process: Researching, preparing presentations, contacting potential customers, pitching, following up with customers, closing the deal, preparing contracts etc.
  • Work closely with our publishers together and deliver sales targets
  • Represent Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn as a brand in the market.
  • Educate clients and agencies on the use of digital advertising through onsite presentations and one-on-one training.
  • Discover client objectives at business and campaign level and build strategic plans to meet these.
  • Use in depth market and product knowledge to recommend and educate clients on best practices for developing and scaling effective campaigns.
  • Work on account management plans with the account managers.
  • Attend monthly meetings with other senior members.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
  • Network with other directors in order to generate new business for the company.
  • Report monthly on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
  • This position currently does not include any direct reports.
