Job Description

  • Job interviews, new staff members integration (providing all information to newcomers, sending files, organizing training days);
  • Supervising staff: organizing and conducting team meetings, organizing feedback interviews;
  • Making schedules for the workers, finding covers for the shifts;
  • General shop maintenance: product placement, cleanliness, order;
  • Solving problems in the shops, arranging the repair of the broken equipment.

Requirements

  • Excellent team management, motivation, delegation and control skills;
  • Positivity, courtesy, helpfulness, flexibility;
  • At least 1 year experience in management;
  • Fluency in English and Estonian;
  • B category driving license;
  • Computer literacy.
