Location: Narva mnt 7, Tallinn – complete with a free parking spot, so you can focus on work, not finding a place to park

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00 

We're hoping from you

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with both candidates and hiring managers
  • A proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and team members
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, capable of managing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Language skills: proficiency in Estonian and English at a B2 level or higher; Russian is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service; previous experience in HR or recruitment is a huge plus
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and comfort communicating both by phone and in person

What is waiting for you

  • Sourcing Candidates: Actively seek qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to build a robust talent pipeline
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' experience, qualifications, and cultural fit for clients, and manage follow-up interviews with hiring managers
  • Collaborating with Clients: Work closely with client companies to understand their hiring needs, offer insights on job market trends, and help define candidate requirements
  • Managing Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging recruitment experience for candidates by providing feedback, setting expectations, and guiding them through the hiring process
