What are you going to do?

Handle the subrogation/recourse of paid claims
Represent the company in court
Outsource recourse cases to debt collection agencies or external lawyers if needed
Train and consult colleagues on recourse topics, recoursable cases recognition, liability aspects, collecting and securing evidence, etc.
Make sure relevant primary steps on subrogation/recourse have been done correctly
Settle disagreements and ensure quality of customer and debtor service
Continuously improve subrogation/recourse area
Cooperate closely with other units and stakeholders, including product managers, claims handlers and investigators, communication department, sales, etc.

University degree in law
2+ years of experience in subrogation/recourse, debt collection or civil liability, including handling cases in court
Ability to find and use needed legislation and court practice
Good communication and negotiation skills, focus on quality customer service
Good level of time management, self-leadership, and emotional resilience
Proactivity, attention to detail, collaboration, fairness
Fluent spoken and written Estonian and English language skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Monthly salary 2500€-3500€ gross depending on your qualifications and experience, yearly bonus program
Job location in Tallinn or Tartu, with the possibility to work partially from home office
