Reconciliation Specialist/Analyst

Spinwise is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Reconciliation Specialist/Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that transactions are settled accurately and promptly across multiple payment methods. What you'll do:

• Ensuring accurate and timely settlement of transactions across various payment methods
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies or unmatched transactions
• Performing daily reconciliation
• Overseeing transaction settlements
• Preparing and updating routine reports
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis if needed
• Optimizing costs related to payment provider fees
• Executing payments

Who you are:

• A background in finance (such as economics, accounting, financial analytics, or business administration) is well-suited.
• Prior experience in the iGaming or payments industry would be beneficial.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, well-organized, and focused on finding solutions.
• Strong Excel skills is a must!
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Embraces change with a positive attitude and is motivated to foster strong communication within the team.
• Openness to addressing issues with payment providers assertively.
