Real Estate Maintenance and Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will support Scania Estonia’s 5 workshops and head office in real estate facility-related topics, including daily maintenance, sustainability, and development projects. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing processes according to Scania standards in Estonia.

Main Tasks:

  • Acting as the main contact point for existing building maintenance topics.
  • Overseeing daily maintenance and modernization of existing buildings, including coordinating with suppliers and partners.
  • Managing the real estate budget, including maintenance contracts, construction works, and investment plans.
  • Leading, managing, and supporting real estate projects, assignments, and related activities.
  • Developing and implementing sourcing processes according to Scania standards in Estonia.

Requirements

Experiences:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of building construction principles (structural, ventilation, heating, cooling, electrical systems, sewage, and water systems).
  • Knowledge of building renovation and automation.
  • Experience in sourcing and negotiations.
  • Good planning and project management skills.

Personal Characteristics:

  • Excellent communication skills with managers at different levels.
  • Fluent in Estonian, high-level English skills, and communicative Russian.
  • Result-oriented and systemic working style.
  • Ability to manage a high workload and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on, positive attitude.
