Your Role as QA Manager:

As our QA Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring that our products meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Quality Systems – Maintain and improve ISO 22000 & ISO 13485 certified QMS.
• Ensure Compliance – Oversee HACCP and GMP implementation and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Conduct Audits & Inspections – Lead internal audits and prepare for external regulatory audits.
• Risk & Quality Control – Identify risks, implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and improve quality procedures.
• Train & Educate Teams – Build a quality-driven culture through training and internal awareness programs.
• Supplier & Product Quality – Oversee supplier qualification and ensure raw materials & finished products meet safety and quality standards.

• Experience in QA/QMS – Background in food supplements or medical devices is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000, ISO 13485, HACCP & GMP – Strong understanding of quality standards and audits.
• Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail – Ability to assess risks and implement improvements.
• Leadership & Communication Skills – Ability to train teams and collaborate across departments.
• Fluent in English & Estonian – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
