We’re launching a subscription-based community for industry experts and are looking for a Project Manager who will become a key player in launching and scaling this project.

About Us: We are a world-renowned permanent makeup academy based in Tallinn, Estonia, known for transforming ordinary individuals into top-tier permanent makeup artists. Our mission is to create permanent makeup artists who don't just work but conquer the industry, becoming true stars in their field!

Responsibilities:

The main goal – launch the project from scratch according to a defined strategy, manage its operations, and lead its further development.

• Set up and manage the educational platform: configuration, content uploading, and moderation.
• Create and document all project processes.
• Full responsibility for content and community engagement.
• Plan activities and events.
• Organize events (mostly online): webinars, networking sessions, and lectures.
• Collaborate with experts, partners, and guest speakers.
• Onboard new members.
• Collect feedback, analyze metrics, and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Scale and grow the community post-launch.

• Proven experience in project or operations management (educational digital projects, business clubs, professional communities, associations, events, lectures, etc.).
• English level B2+, fluent in both written and spoken communication.
• Fluent russian language 
• Understanding of how subscription-based communities work, including audience engagement and retention.
• Content creation and data analytics skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage resources effectively.
• You’re not afraid to test processes and validate hypotheses – both within a team and solo.
• Comfortable working with numbers, with a marketing/sales mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine love for people.
• High stress-resistance and love for solving problems.
• You like to keep things under control.
• Leadership qualities and growth ambition.
