Project Manager (1-Year Maternity Cover)

What You'll Do:

• Lead International Market Research Projects - oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning data collection and defining target groups to delivering high-quality data and ensuring quality control.
• Guide Research Design - offer insights and recommendations on research design, including translations, workflow management, and survey programming.
• Collaborate Across Teams - work closely with your Norstat colleagues from other countries to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Face non-standard situations and challenges, and work with colleagues to find successful outcomes.
• Last but not least - enjoy time with your colleagues at the office in the city center.

What we expect from you: 

• A degree in business administration/sociology or related field
• Experience in project management and/or market research will be treated as a competitive advantage
• Fluency in verbal and written English, preferably but not obligatory French language
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Good organization, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to focus on details and notice connections
