We’re hiring a Programmatic Senior Exec for the Paid Display team. This team is responsible for driving scalable new customer growth via programmatic, app install and YouTube advertising, while continuing to find opportunities for further growth by evaluating customer insights, our targeting opportunities, new platform testing, testing/learning and continued optimisations on BAU activity.
This is a unique opportunity to use your existing programmatic and/or display marketing knowledge as well as your data analysis skills to help drive new customer growth while learning and evolving in the role.
Current responsibilities include:
The role requires broad familiarity with a wide range of marketing metrics and more precise familiarity with Google Ads and ideally any programmatic platform, across both web and app activity..
Successful candidates will need a demonstrable ability to analyse and interpret data to inform optimizations on campaign activity. They will also need to collaborate with analysts, Brand&Creative, and other marketing teams, and should be super comfortable working with Excel, GSuite, and Looker (or any other data visualisation tool).
They will also need to be confident in working autonomously with guidance from their lead. This requires excellent communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to understand well what role related skills they know well and what they need help and more practise with.

Must-have skills/experiences:

A strong analytical mindset. This means being comfortable and confident in organising and analysing data to spot problems and draw conclusions that inform optimisation and strategy decisions
Capability to make autonomous decisions - You’ll have the autonomy to use what you learn to prioritise, take decisive actions and execute freely with the goal of improving performance in your market/region
Deliver clear, concise reporting on performance at campaign, market and platform levels
Experience running YouTube and/or App Install campaigns on Google Ads
Experience running programmatic mobile, display and/or video ads on a DSP, ideally with significant focus on DR
Highly desired skills:
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, DSPs like The Trade Desk
Multilingual
Experience with Looker, Tableau or a similar data visualisation tool
Good experience/understanding of MMPs like Singular or Appsflyer
Experience working with analysts, for example on understanding attribution models to make sense of data
Good understanding of test methods. You will have the support of an analyst in the team but it’s helpful if you have experience with different testing methodologies, so you can run conversion lift tests for example.
