We are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our internal User Tech Service Management team in Tallinn. Our User Tech team has over 85 members across the UK, US, Europe, and Singapore.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the team:

  • Implement and manage a suite of productivity tools, ensuring they are accessible and meet Wiser’s needs.

  • Lead the integration and automation of workflows across platforms like Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, and Workato.

  • Develop a strategic roadmap for productivity tooling and ensure accountability for achieving milestones.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and tool enhancements.

  • Provide training and resources to empower team members to leverage tools effectively and create their own automations.

About you:

  • You have extensive experience managing and optimising productivity tools and platforms, including Atlassian Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack.

  • You possess strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a technical team towards achieving common goals.

  • You are passionate about automation and have a proven track record of streamlining workflows.

  • You excel in problem-solving and can navigate complex projects from conception to completion.

  • You can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to foster collaboration and understanding.

Must have skills:

  • Extensive experience with productivity tooling and platforms such as Atlassian, Google Workspace, and Slack.

  • Proven expertise in workflow automation and integration across diverse platforms.

  • Strong project management skills with experience delivering scalable solutions.

  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Project Management tooling.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus skills / experience

  • Experience with Workato or similar low-code/no-code automation platforms.

  • Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to productivity and collaboration tooling.

  • Knowledge in DevOps practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.

  • Experience in a fast-paced agile working environment.

  • Skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for deeper automation capabilities.
