Requirements
- Professional work experience minimum of 2 years in leadership function in the manufacturing industry (preferably electronics, EMC, or similar)
- Higher education in the field of engineering or manufacturing
- Strong operational management experience with proven achievements
- Creativity and innovation, self-driven and ability to work independently
- Financial and administrative skills
