In order to develop the company's activities in Estonia and to make TZMO products available to the widest possible range of consumers in the Estonian market Long Term Department, the company is looking for a new colleague in Estonia - Product Sales Specialist of Long-Term Care Department who will be in charge of building and developing solid relationships and sales with hospitals, care homes, social and rehabilitation centres, medical product stores. Preparing documents for public procurements, conducting trainings, ensuring excellent sales results.

What values, experience and qualities should you have?

  • High communication, reasoning and presentation skills; experience in negotiating, persuading and closing deals
  • At least 3 years working experience in sales. Related with pharmaceutical products, medical equipment or similar will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with hospital management principles and procurement processes
  • Sense of responsibility, organising own work independentlyto achieve company objectives
  • Good Estonian, Eglish and Russian language skills
  • Higher education.
  • Driving licence

What will be your job responsibility?

  • Finding long-term partners in medical and healthcare sector (hospitals, care homes, social and rehabilitation centres, medical product stores, distributors).
  • Leading an active sales process by organising regular meetings with existing and new customers, conducting negotiations, offering assortments, negotiating prices, concluding contracts.
  • Good Estonian, English and Russian language skills.
  • Providing TZMO product training to customers, hosting seminars and lectures
  • Ensuring participation of the company in public and municipal tenders.
  • Compilation of completed work results and reporting
  • Work based in Estonia; regular business trips to Latvia, Poland as needed
