• Building long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers
• Active sale of industrial equipment to business customers, attraction of new customers
• Development of presentations, offers, procurement and transaction documents
• Daily use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Creating productive cooperation between the sales and after-sales departments
• Ensuring long-term execution of sales plans

• Desire to provide customers, partners, and colleagues with an excellent collaboration experience
• Ability to work in an active sales environment in direct contact with customers
• Very good communication skills and an ability to persuade, accuracy, purposefulness, diplomacy, and discipline
• Willingness to learn and improve professional and personal skills Very good knowledge of Estonian and English languages
• Higher education in technical sciences, economics, or business At least 2 years of experience in the field of corporate sales (B2B), Category B driver's license
• Ability to work with computers and other smart devices
• Understanding and general knowledge of the field of industrial technology will be considered an advantage
