Their portfolio includes globally recognized brands such as Sierra Tequila, Nikka Whisky, Beluga, Zubrowka & Khortytsa Vodkas, and Fernet Branca. The company is now looking for a Product & Brand Manager to join their marketing team and drive growth and innovation in the spirits category through strategic thinking, brand development, and market insight.
Job Description
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business growth targets.
- Lead effective negotiations and maintain strong relationships with partners and suppliers.
- Continuously optimize the product portfolio in response to evolving consumer needs.
- Identify, develop, and launch innovative, consumer-driven products for the local market.
Requirements
- Very good English & Estonian
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in product or brand management, ideally in the FMCG or alcohol Industry is a benefitial.
