Process Improvement Specialist

We will be happy if you have:
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- proven experience in process improvement, lean or continuous improvement methodologies
- strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Six Sigma
- excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders between Baltic countries
- knowledge of parcel logistics and courier service operations is preferred but not required

- assist in the development of metrics and dashboards to track process performance
- ensure process documentation is in place

- conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of
implemented process improvements
