Process Engineer

* Design and implement robust final assembly related manufacturing processes (e.g., gluing, plasma activation, potting, screw insertion, etc.)
* Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, yield, quality, and cost reduction
* Select, justify, and validate new equipment and tooling
* Develop clear, detailed process documentation (work instructions, PFMEAs, SOPs)
* Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions
* Collaborate with engineering teams on fixture and tooling design
* Monitor and control process parameters using SPC and data-driven methods
* Stay current with trends and innovations in advanced manufacturing

* Bachelor’s in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related)
* 2+ years as a Process Engineer, ideally in the EMS industry
* Hands-on with Final Assembly & Box Build processes (glueing, potting, plasma, etc.)
* Familiar with dispensing systems, automated assembly, and SPC tools
* Experience with PFMEA, control plans, and CAD tools is a plus
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-driven
