Job Description

Today we are looking for a Premium Automotive Sales Specialist:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Active sales of luxury vehicles – identifying and engaging potential clients
  • Proactively attracting clients through various sales channels and networking
  • Participating in car showcases, partner events, and customer experiences
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop new sales strategies
  • Consulting and assisting customers in selecting and customizing vehicles
  • Engaging in official manufacturer training programs and factory visits with clients
  • Cooperating with other Baltic region offices and the main headquarters in Vilnius
  • Working in a newly designed, high-end showroom with full-service facilities for clients

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or the luxury goods sector (automotive sales experience is a plus)
  • Strong ability to independently seek out and develop sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Interest in the automotive market and luxury lifestyle trends
  • Results-driven with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in English and Estonian (Russian language is a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license is a must

Monthly salary: 

  • Base salary 1500 Eur gross;
  • 3000 Eur gross performance bonus (or more), depending on sales and client outreach.
