At the 5-star Schlössle Hotel, the porter is the first to greet our esteemed guests and the last to wish them farewell, ensuring they have a wonderful journey ahead. Your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming environment, where guests feel truly cared for, all in line with the high standards of Leading Hotels of the World.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional assistance to guests with luggage, concierge services, and transport arrangements.
• Support the Front Office with various tasks, including managing the switchboard and maintaining public and back-of-house areas.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure an immaculate guest experience.
• Offer assistance to the Food & Beverage department as needed.

A keen eye for detail and a proactive, “can-do” attitude are essential to thriving in this role.
