Job Summary:

Portal Automation Specialist is responsible for optimization of online e-commerce channels(web/app), ensuring seamless customer experiences. The role involves implementing automated mechanisms and tools to enhance efficiency and manual intervention in the processes and products related to online search, promotion mechanisms, web-site sort boost logic and other portal management. The role requires to collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of PHH portal functionalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for optimizing user experience (UX) to enhance customer satisfaction and drive conversions. This includes designing intuitive navigation, improving on-site search, promotional mechanisms, implementing responsive design for desktop and mobile compatibility.
  • Continuously analyze online e-commerce channels(web/app), to improve performance, enhance user experience, and increase efficiency.
  • Lead and further develop improvements related to e-commerce merchandizing tools - Promotion and non-promotion landings, banner positions, home page etc.
  • Product owner for PHH group promotion strategy related promotion mechanisms, including BXGY, automated top deals and marketplace pages, specific app campaigns etc.
  • In charge of managing sorting algorithms to boost specific products or categories, and optimizing category pages to improve navigation and user experience.
  • Further develop product bundling rules and algorithms, automating relations import, implementing full tracking, and upgrading visuals for product bundles to enhance attractiveness and effectiveness.
  • Continuously optimize the buy-box logic algorithm to maximize sales by determining the most competitive offers displayed prominently to customers on the PHH platforms.

 

We hope you have:

 

  • Experience in e-commerce website automation, driving improvements in online customer experiences and e-commerce channel performance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in web technologies
  • Experience with e-commerce platform optimization and knowledge of UX/UI design principles
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
  • Understanding of A/B testing and other optimization methodologies
  • Knowledge of CMS systems and their optimization
  • Experience with data analysis tools to analyze user behavior and channel performance
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve user experiences and conversion rates
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Project management skills to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives
