People Partner

Scope of responsibilities

  • Operate as a strategic partner as part of the People Partners team to deliver technical and strategic HR advice across a range of areas such as performance and talent management, organizational development, issue resolution, workforce planning, HR procedures and policies.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Participate in the development, implementation and review of HR policies and procedures for the department in line with legislative and business requirements.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
  • Advise on compensation strategies to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Actively participate in external/internal Employer Branding formation and execution.

Key requirements

  • Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on business support, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in HR software and analytics tools.
  • Experience with change management and organizational development.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships across the organization.
  • Well-time-organized person, discreet, precise, and responsible.
  • Ability to travel.
