About this opportunity:

The People Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our People team in Tallinn. This role involves managing People processes, maintaining employee records and contracts, and providing administrative support to ensure our people policies and procedures are effectively implemented.

Requirements

What you will do:

  • Work together with people team, managers and employees
  • Provide administrative support for local People team

  • Manage employment contracts and other employee related documents according to Ericsson processes and Estonia local legislation

  • Support leaders to ensure high satisfaction for new employees onboarding in Ericsson Estonia (prepare onboarding plans, documentation & trainings)

  • Support and advise employees with day-to-day questions related to people processes and way of working

  • Identify improvement opportunities in the processes and participate in local and global People improvement projects

The skills you bring:

  • Excellent communication skills, well organized, proactive and flexible nature

  • Ability to make decisions quickly and work independently, open-mindedness to changing environment

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

  • Fluent Estonian and English language skills, Russian is an advantage

  • Very good MS Office skills

  • Higher education or equivalent working experience in HR field

  • Keen interest in working with people and in HR field

  • Positive attitude for learning new things and you enjoy working in a team
