About the role

We're seeking a highly motivated Junior Operations Specialist to lead day-to-day operations in Tallinn. This role requires a strong operational mindset and sharp business sense. You'll oversee local operations, drive growth initiatives, and ensure our clients' fleets are always ready for the next user. This is a hands-on role that will significantly impact our business, helping to transform urban mobility in Tallinn.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and train the local team of Fox contractors responsible for various Tasks around the city (washing, repreparing, etc)
• Design and implement strategies to enhance business performance and contractor experience.
• Integrate new products and features in collaboration with HQ’s operations and product teams.
• Monitor and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage logistics, infrastructure, and equipment for service delivery.
• Advocate for Foxes and clients, providing swift and effective solutions to everyday problems.
• Oversee procurement of supplies and maintenance, ensuring everything is in top shape.

Qualifications:

• Operational skills: Experience in managing operations-heavy business environments.
• Business sense: Strong ability to analyze operational and financial data for strategic decisions.
• Problem-solving: Quick thinker with practical solutions and an understanding of their trade-offs.
• Data-driven: Comfortable with financial metrics and data analysis to drive local market growth.
• Innovation: Always seeking service enhancements and efficiency improvements.
• Leadership: Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to lead teams and drive initiatives forward.

Requirements:

• • Based in Tallinn and available for half-time (0.5)  remote and on-site work.
  • Active B-category driver's license.
  • Experience in relevant fields (mobility, gig economy, operations, B2B fleets, etc) is a big plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel with a history of effective application in work or projects.
  • Experience in building and leading teams.
  • Strong project management skills—organized, diligent, and results-oriented.
  • Empathy and passion for supporting our community of Foxes.
  • Fluency in English.
