Operations Specialist

Interested in working with offshore helidecks and flight safety solutions in truly global setting?

We are looking for a new Operations Coordinator to join our operations team and work with our global installations activities. We offer you a front row role to a global offshore business where our customers work with offshore Oil&Gas and Wind Power segments. For day-to-day operations, you will work with our very large, international customers and arrange installation scopes, schedules and other practicalities required so that our installations are carried out successfully.

IN FRICTAPE YOUR JOB WILL BE:

• Internal communication and team setup
• Document gathering and client communication related to the installation projects
• Project monitoring
• Invoicing and reporting

• Positive, open minded team player with “get it done”-attitude
• Ability to be organized, prioritize and multitask
• Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience from industry / work that is every changing and requires fast actions is considered as advantage
• Fluent in English
