Operational Quality Manager

Job Description

Your main responsibilities will be:
* Leading and guiding the team of quality specialists in the right direction to achieve customer
satisfaction
* Balancing the resources to achieve an equal workload split and guaranteeing competent support in all
responsible areas
* Maintaining the desired internal and external quality level through the achievement of established KPIs
* Control and coordinate problem-solving activities (lead if required), spread the problem-solving mindset
and guide other departments towards continuous improvement
* Responsibilities include maintenance of quality level in all production phases: supplier quality, NPI
quality and mass production quality.

Requirements

We expect from you:
* Strong theoretical background of Quality (knowledge of quality history and basis)
* Understanding of customer requirements and customer voice
* Guidance of personal decisions based on known quality methodologies
* Experience of quality tools application: ISHIKAWA, 5WHY, 8D
* Strong risk-based thinking and risk assessment proven experience
* Knowledge of statistics –process and product capability is a plus.
* Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus
