Job Description
* Understand product specifications and requirements
* Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and packaging
* Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation (work instructions, process flows, etc.)
* Conduct process capability studies, pFMEA activities and implement process
* Support production ramp-up’s and resolve manufacturing issues.
* Support and attend customer meetings and customer process reviews/audits
* Lead and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
* Mass production support in agreed area of responsibility

Requirements
* Higher education in the field of Electronics, Mechanical engineering or similar
* Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
* Basic understanding of CAD software's (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
* Language skills: English, Russian
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and ability to drive small
* Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, PPAP etc) is a plus
* Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
* Basic understanding of CAD software's (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
* Language skills: English, Russian
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and ability to drive small
* Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, PPAP etc) is a plus
