We are looking for you,

Network Sales Manager

to our new B2C Sales & Network Team in Tallinn.

As the Fuel Network Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2C sales strategies to maximize the performance of our fuel retail network. You will oversee sales operations, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and ensure that Neste network achieves its sales targets and business objectives.

● Leading Neste B2C sales strategy in Estonia

● The primary objective is to drive revenue and margin growth, increase market share,  and enhance customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and initiatives.

● Monitor the performance of existing stations and identify areas for improvement.

● Identify underperforming outlets and develop action plans to improve their            performance.

● Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

● Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities that drive sales.

● Ensure that retail outlets operate efficiently and according to company standards.

Keys to success in this role

● Strategic skills, with deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

● Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of financial management principles.

● Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Higher education qualifications.

● Proficiency in both spoken and written English

● Good IT skills, including proficiency with Google office tools; familiarity with MS Dynamics/365 is a plus.

● Demonstrated responsibility and a proactive, can-do attitude.

● Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.

● Ability to efficiently prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

● Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

● Initiative and the ability to work independently
