Job Description
We're looking for a skilled IT Specialist to join our team, bringing expertise in supporting the NATO CCD COE IT Manager, administering ICT systems, and providing top-notch help desk services to our members.
Support the NATO CCD COE IT Manager in ensuring the functionality of Information and Communication Technolocy (ICT) systems;
Collaborate with EDF (Estonian Defence Forces) administrators and project leads for system administration of NATO CCD COE's ICT systems;
Provide efficient help desk services for NATO CCD COE members on all systems.
Set up and maintain computer systems, phones, printers, and equipment for NATO CCD COE members;
Manage the inventory of ICT equipment and software licenses, and support procurement activities as needed.

Requirements
Practical experience in information technology domain;
Standard automated data processing (O365) knowledge;
Proactiveness and service-mindedness;
Good collaboration and organizing skills, flexibility and result orientation;
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in information technology or in a relevant field;
Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in Estonian is a plus.
Position requires NATO SECRET Security Clearance or willingness to apply for it.
