As a HOC you will be responsible for reputation management of the Centre and external relations with target groups. Leading the Strategic Communication effort of the Centre.
Compiling and updating the NATO CCDCOE strategic communication documents. Developing and drafting statements and information materials.

Requirements
Practical experience in communication management including on management level
Experience in managing communication strategies
Master’s degree or equivalent in communication management, public relations or other relevant field
Very good verbal and written English
Working experience in a multinational environment and technical knowledge regarding cyber security are considered as a bonus
