We are seeking a talented and experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Create and design engaging motion graphics content for various platforms including social media, websites, and digital advertising.
- Create videos and animated banners, text, logo, character, or other kinds of animations to be used in videos, websites, emails, campaigns and other media.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, product designers, and content creators, to develop and execute concepts.
- Encode videos for any required format and uploading to media sources.
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure that those are completed according to the stipulated timeframe while effectively applying our methodology and following quality standards.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a motion designer for 1-3 years
- Proven motion graphics and video editing experience
- Professional proficiency in Adobe After Effects, working with plugins, character animation, and expressions. Creation of 2D visual effects, basic skills in tracking, keying, and colour correction. Confident use of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Availability of a strong portfolio showcasing work and demonstrating a wide range of motion graphics skills
- Knowledge of the basics of graphic design, principles of animation, composition, and typography
- Ability to work with guidelines and brand books
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent attention to details, communication and collaboration skills
