MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description

YOUR EVERYDAY TASKS:

  • effective pre-call planning by setting objectives tailored to customer segment, needs and business priorities;
  • building relationships with healthcare professionals;
  • scheduling appointments with customers and demonstrating product effectiveness;
  • identifying customer treatment goals and opportunities to enable the customer to improve the patient experience;
  • conducting post-call analysis;
  • analyzing market data, trends, and gaps in performance and prioritizing new business opportunities;
  • developing a detailed market business plan for the portfolio by making strategic decisions about goals, resource investments, and how to best monitor and measure the plan.

Requirements

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • university degree (MD, Pharmacist, Dentist or other life sciences);
  • experience in therapeutic area Diabetes and Obesity, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology will be considered as a strong advantage;
  • competency to understand the complexity of markets, products, relationships and the medical and pharmaceutical industry;
  • fluent English and Estonian language;
  • strong interpersonal skills and flexibility in varying environments and with multiple customer groups and communication channels;
  • very good public speaking and presentation skill, active listening and communication skill;
  • project-, time-, and self-management skill;
  • intermediate end-user computer skill;
  • B-category driving license.
