Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer (MetaAds) with a strong understanding of social media ad platforms to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other social media channels, possess excellent analytical skills, and have a data-driven mindset to drive successful campaigns. This role requires a creative and technical thinker who can collaborate closely with designers to optimize ad performance and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Snapchat, and other social media platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data to assess performance, identify insights, and adjust strategies to meet client goals.
  • Collaboration with Designers: Work alongside the creative team to develop effective, visually compelling ads. Provide clear, technical briefs to designers to ensure all assets meet platform requirements and campaign objectives.
  • Audience Targeting: Identify and target audience segments, leveraging demographic and behavioral insights to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, identifying key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage ad budgets to maximize ROI, adjusting as necessary to meet campaign goals within allocated budgets.
  • Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to continuously improve ad performance.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in media buying, specifically with Meta Ads (experience with additional social platforms such as TikTok / Snapchat is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Ability to provide technical direction to designers and understand platform-specific ad requirements.
  • A creative approach to campaign strategy combined with a data-driven mindset to optimize ad performance.
  • Experience with projects with high media buying budgets.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficient in analytics and ad management tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in gambling, crypto, forex, etc. would be an advantage. 
  • Fluent English.
