
Main responsibilities
- Lead marketing projects, including industry events, covering planning, budgeting, execution, and proactive communication
- Identify brand-specific needs and coordinate with designers to develop concepts
- Conduct brand audits and ensure alignment with the CVI for a unified brand identity
- Take responsibility for the bi-weekly Group Internal Newsletter, including content planning, gathering information, writing updates, and editing
- Provide daily support for the website by publishing news, updating pages, and coordinating with website developers
- Coordinate rebranding projects, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and adhering to timelines and action plans
Main Requirements
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive mindset with a get-things-done attitude
- Highly organized and structured—able to stick to deadlines, follow up, and ensure accountability
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
