Marketing & PR Executive Coordinator

What will you be doing?

• Coordinate and assist with delivering all agreed marketing and PR strategies and monitor on-going marketing and PR campaigns performance;
• Promote the hotels marketing activities to the media covering all food and beverage, rooms and event promotions;
• Promote and support all marketing and PR activities including special events, sponsorship opportunities , merchandising campaigns, exhibitions and property inspections;
• Support the department with media relations involving tracking social media, updating press kits, archiving press releases and press coverage;
• Support and assist management in marketing and PR projects;
• Develop and manage working relationships with key members of the creative and media agencies;

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in marketing and /or in hospitality
• Experience in using social media channels/ Meta Platforms Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin
• Good organisational and administration skills
• Fluent in Estonian &English both verbal and written
• Ability to analyse consumer behaviour and market trends
• Good written and verbal Estonian and English
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to put in extra effort to achieve goals and deliver high -quality results
