Management trainee

The 18-month Coca-Cola Hellenic Management Trainee Programme offers you an opportunity to join a company that values continuous learning, self development and achievement of results. The programme will allow you access to our top management and provide you with fast track development through shadowing, training, project assignments and early responsibility. You will learn from specialists and leaders in the field. After successful completion of the programme we will offer you a position at a supervisory level, where you can use your newly acquired skills and knowledge to develop the next steps of your career.
