Motley Denim is one of the Nordics & Baltics biggest web shops for big size menswear with sizes ranging from 2XL all the way up to 18XL. Originally from Sweden the web shop has been on the Nordic market for 15 years, the Baltic market for 10 years and 2024 expanded to all EU countries. The shop sells leading European brands together with its own brand. Going forward Motley Denim will expand its product assortment to Plus sizes for women and also launch other own produced clothing brands in various sectors.

Job Description

-Create emails in Mailchimp with the goal to improve sales for our 15-20 markets.

-Analyze the result and outcome for the sent emails.

-Build a statistical database of successful and less successful e-mail to improve the result of the sent e-mails.

-Set up and monitor goals of open and click rates.

-Update subscriber lists.

-Synchronized with the emails sent you create a front page banner with the same message, info and offer.

-Synchronized with the emails sent you make an organic post on our Facebook page.

We normally send 3 emails per week presenting our current offer, campaign, call to action product, product news or product assortment news.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in email marketing and knowledge about the MailChimp email marekting tool. You should have a strong interest in testing, analysing and developing and a strong capability of self-evaluating to come to conclusions of what works and what doesn´t work. Estonian is your native language and you communicate fluently in English.
