Loss Prevention Manager Baltics & Finland

We currently invite you to join our team as: LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER

This is as full-time vacancy for sales network in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia & Finland.

Your key responsibilities for this role will be:

• coordinate and build vision for loss prevention function for assigned region

Cooperating and reporting to a central office and managment in Poland

• Indentifying and assessing risk categories in the areas of stores
• Conduct trainings on the existing rules, procedures and methodologies in loss prevention
• Ensure proper functioning of the internal loss prevention procedures
• Creating and implementing internal loss prvention procedures
• Performing audits/monitoring campliance with safety policies and procedures in stores
• Monitoring the implementation of recommentation from audits
• Supervision of safety technology (eg. CCTV)

What we expect from You:

• Mobility - readness to frequent business trips aroud Baltics and Finland, driver's license
• Previous experience in the field of safety, preferably in retail
• Experience in managing a multi-cultural team
• The ease of communication, openness to people
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking and strong analytical skills
• English language on a very good cammunicative level (working language)
• Proactive attitude in multi-level problem solving and creativity
• Experience in working on a managerial position in store will be advange
