Job Description
As a Logistics Documentation Specialist,
you work with both customers and other departments within the organization to ensure orders are processed correctly and on-time. You´re responsible for providing logistics documentation services within established processes and requirements to ensure a successful delivery service.
In this position, your main responsibilities include coordinating with agents or other departments on customer logistics services requests and maintaining records on systems to ensure order tracking, as well as guaranteeing invoice verification and generates. Activities further include assisting in payment arrangements with finance, reporting complaints on loss/delays and other issues in a timely manner and entering feedback into a database and follows up on common problems. Furthermore, maintains regular and professional communication with the customer, determines and monitors the most efficient delivery schedules to meet customer needs.
Requirements
We are looking for a Documentation Specialist who has basic knowledge of logistics, who is accurate, correct and likes routine work.
