LEAN Specialist

• Develop and implement LEAN strategies and methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions.
• Lead Kaizen events, 5S implementation, and other LEAN projects.
• Train and coach staff at all levels on LEAN principles and practices.
• Monitor and measure the impact of LEAN initiatives on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide continuous improvement

• Proven experience in a LEAN Specialist or similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferable but not a must.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Kanban.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse teams.
